The tides turn four times a day, and at each ebb and flow there's energy to be harvested, powered by the gravitational attraction between our Homeworld and Luna.

Tidal electrical power generation is generally a capital-intensive application but it can produce large amounts of energy that is reliable regardless of the weather. As long as there are oceans, and the moon orbits the planet, there will be the possibility of harvesting the power of the tides.
